I am not a therapist – I will not look at what you have done, or not, in the passed.

I am not a counsellor – I will not give you advice or tell you what to do.

I am not a mentor – I will not presume to know better than you.

What I am is a coach: Your facilitator and supporter

By combining my life experience (from studies, business, motherhood and spiritual awareness) with continuous education I am specifically trained to:
